Repair-services
We continue to accept repairs and process them quickly as usual.
However, EVERY repair must be properly cleaned and disinfected before being shipped to us.
A disinfection protocol must be included with EVERY repair.

Every product manufactured by us are repaired also in our company. Whether on that occasion is about simple repair or extensive modification, no role plays on this occasion. The big advantage is the direct treatment in our own workshop.
The repairs are executed fast, cost-efficient and of course professionally. Please send us the product to be repaired with a short describtion of failure. So, the repair can immediately be executed.
Waste disposal / Recycling
With reshipment exempt from charges, all products which were delivered by us, will be recycled. In the house of B.u.W.Schmidt GmbH we will attached great importance to environmentally waste disposal and accordingly recycling of raw- and waste-materials.
Contracts were closed with local and national waste disposal-businesses, which preliminary work the conservation of the environment in particular manner.
User-training
Upon request, we or our sales partners can provide user training for our medical products. This provides knowledge about the intended use, handling for optimal application and care for a long service life of the products.
