The B.u.W. Schmidt GmbH was established by Willi Schmidt in 1961. If paraffin-compresses and articles for the physiotherapy were manufactured initially, the product assortment be optimized in almost 50 years and been fitted  to the diverse standards of our customers, the users and not least the patients.

Since 1983, sick person and rescue-natures are produced in the seat of the business in Garbsen with Hanover accuracy-product out of hochfrequenz-verschweißten flat-foils for this. Perfect quality and processing, easy handling and robust materials provide the legendary security of our products. Our quality-management-system is DIN-certified. All articles correspond to the medicine-product-law and are marked with the CE lable.

As invests not only into the uncompromising product-security but also in the ergonomic quality, into the protruding loading capacity of our products and into their practice-oriented handling.

Since 1992, the daughter of the company-originator, Gabriele Heydenreich, took over the management.
