Our technique :      We use high frequency welding techniques to join flat plastic films. This technique is preferably used to join polyurethane (PU) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) plastic films as well as PU or PVC covered tissues. For the production of individual articles precise tools (welding electrodes) are used that also need different machine performances. The capacity of our machines lies between 1 KW and 80 KW and we have a welding surface for the smallest measurement of up to 1500 x 2500 mm. With the size of the work area the work can be done at once. The welded seams are precise and smooth from top to bottom. We work with modern computer-assisted machines that guarantee consistent quality in all sectors through constant performance.
